What do you like best about the leadership team?
The vast majority of the executive team are extremely approachable. They are ameanable and truly treat you like family. Not easy to do with 5,000 employees.

The vision is unclear. The mission statement is one thing but the path forward needs to be defined. Who, what, where, why , and how.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The blue cross blue shield
Flexible spending account. The low deductible and great providers.
Low deductibles for dr visits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
COLA increases and real raises. Paid holidays
Our pay compared to other construction companies is a bit lower, however if we had more benefits offered it would be better.

Services groups are not valued as much as other groups. Paid less than industry standards.
Very long hours usually. I would like more allotted time off. Post job, a better, more consistent bonus program would be nice.

The knowledge they have and share
The bridge built between drivers and dispatches, and drivers and mills and dispatches are mostly good except for miscommunication sometimes.

The head office in Canada is small with few people in at any given moment. There is little interaction with colleagues outside of your immediate area.
