The most positive aspect of my work environment is how diverse it is. There are people all from different generations and places of the world, yet we are still a great team. Working with people all in different parts of their career helped me open my eyes to the experience ahead of me.

Everyone has the same values at work, and that is to get the job done.
The amount of work my department was required to get through in a short period of time was incredible. Nonetheless, I at no point felt rushed or as though I was required to do more than I was capable of doing. Indeed, I was reassured many times that whatever we could get done was satisfactory.
I have not met an Archer Western or Walsh Group employee that I do not like. Everyone has been comforting and welcoming since I began the job.
