The vision is unclear. The mission statement is one thing but the path forward needs to be defined. Who, what, where, why , and how.

Very long hours usually. I would like more allotted time off. Post job, a better, more consistent bonus program would be nice.

I have not seen another company in this industry that invests more in their people. The training offered is far ahead of the rest.
