I feel undervalued because I go above and beyond for this company(Guest sees this) with no Recognition nor appreciation.

I feel the longer an employee is there in years that they should get paid by there time in years and experience..or anyone over 10 years there should get a bonus in there paycheck twice a year. Like mybe 500 dollars twice a year..

at first i was respected when the job started but as time went on that faded away. i told the manager that i had autism and ADHD and she said that she has hired people like that before and the experience was positive but not with me

Discrimnation can be approved by treating all employees equally.

Building is literally falling apart (mold in the walls, no air conditioning, broken furniture, no work supplies)

There is constant bickering between housekeepers and laundry, nothing ever gets done when we go to our supervisors or the GM. There needs to be more discussions and structure in the workplace.
