What are some of the best things about your team?

Our housekeepers always help each other

they think and work together to improve our hotel

If they decide to do teamwork, they do a good job but when you turn around, they don't do their job

Our team knows how to communicate well beside the managment.

We hardly know who our team is. There's no staff meetings we are left with sticky notes as a way of communicating

Listening to the boss, not being disrespectful to other employees

Work while you are on the clock. Do your job. Our hotel has the lowest customer rating in the country

Becoming one as a group and seeing the manager has no right to treat her employees fairly

No meetings. No safety meetings.

its only one co worker in question she was above me by one position. she talked about me when i wasnt there. she told lies and singled me out on multiple occasions in multiple ways. made sexual comments to me and divulged personal info to all my co workers. shes made the past 2 years miserable

Not verbally harrassing others over little things

Get rid of the people who actuvely use drugs at my job because im the only one who doesnt im pretty sure

Coworkers need to respect physical and verbal boundaries, not use profanity or make inappropriate comments or share their own personal information with their coworkers

There needs to be attitude adjustments in the workplace, and management is doing nothing about it when reported.

Their attitude needs more team work

id go in and train then - mot in trade hours - proper inductuon- , buikd their confidebce , professionalism or the foor!

Nothing, the problem is the head of housekiping

They are just as sloppy as there job fake coworkers who are just no caring
