nothing has been positive at this holiday inn since this tyrant of a boss has been allowed to do as she pleased and get raises to do it.

Prior to Lina Royal we had an established loyal clientele who loved to come back time and time again however once she was hired and would refuse the sales directors rates and demanded rate increases the previous guest felt uncomfortable and even the sales director relocated to cambria

Management. General manager does not make themselves available for anyone hard to communicate constantly threatening to fire everyone place is unsafe for employees and guests
General manager and front office manager either need to be trained better or let go
