Open door policy. My leadership is easy to talk too

My manager helps me and my team do the best team work

They were quick on their feet to try to give you answers to your question except now they're not doing that now that I do not work there

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Management skills are needed severely

They need to get better at doing everything the management team above my general manager does not know what they're doing and they don't like to pay their employees for the work that they have already done

Communication, responsibility, team work, honestly everything

They were nice and encouraging to me .

Actually doing room checks properly and making sure that those they choose to have train people are training them properly. They also need a new General manager.

By not hiring management that have hires immediate family members and allows nepotism in the workplace and getting paid to do nothing but to horse around and while others are not related doing there job are being bossed around by the daughters that are related to management.

They do not communicate they tell us we don't deserve a raise because all we do is our job. They don't value employees opinions we don't have no staff meeting we don't know what the daily operations it's like everything a secret

Being nice, don't say mean things like it you want to make flowers out of tissue you can go back to the marriott or where ever you came from
