Holiday Inn Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was viritual. It was very straight forward

at first i was respected when the job started but as time went on that faded away. i told the manager that i had autism and ADHD and she said that she has hired people like that before and the experience was positive but not with me

Review from Operations Dept

They listened and made false promises

They hired me for full-time, but I'm really only working four hours a day for five days if that

When people don't look at your eyes and communicate

It was fast and easy

Giving the options to move up in the field

Quick and to the point

Getting to know the people i will work with and knowing how to handle a situation where stress can be a barrier

They welcomes me and made me feel comfortable enough and free to speak my mind

Review from Customer Support Dept

The openness of the manager

Review from Customer Support Dept

It was a comfortable enviroment

Review from Admin Dept

She really sold me on how great it would be working here.

Review from Customer Support Dept

they talk all highly among each other

Being showed around the property and being shown what needed to be done and of course getting hired

The asking of questions only pertaining to the job at hand.

Manager was really nice and promising at the time

Just able show what I know and how I can be of asset to the company

Reasonable with my work schedule

Easy, nice, hired on the spot

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

The general manager just complains about the other employees they share all the employees personal information at the interview

not hiring any person who just walks through the door. actually talking and seeing if the person was a good fit would be a good start

Nothing that i would changer

Stick to their word that they tokd me in the interview

Have a less rush and more thoughtful interview

Proffesionalism, during my interview employees walked in and out of the office very frequently and almost every time, my interviewer would pause to talk with them

Review from Operations Dept

Ask more questions and not just say come in and try it

Review from Customer Support Dept

make sure they actually know how to clean and understand the meaning of clean.

The manager was half an hour late and basically just asked me if i wanted the job or not

More detail about the work
