Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Low wages and appalling working conditions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Management will not "breathe down your back" while you are working.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need quit because they are not treated with respect from management & owners.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview was quick and easy but was not made aware of working conditions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Building is literally falling apart (mold in the walls, no air conditioning, broken furniture, no work supplies)
