What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They treat us as if we have nothing to do outside of work and the lineups are such trash that I rarely know when I am going to work. Hard to live this way and the compensation for living this way is not worth it. We need better lineups and they need to stop busting our starts every chance they get.

Pay. Management needs to respect employees. They put you on trains for 10- 18 hours. Conductors do not gat paid after 12 hours. You are in a hotel away from home for days. They do not care.

Work life balance, the executive team is hell bent on reducing head count by changing policy to require employees to work more every month and disciplining us for spending time with family on holidays.
