We know our jobs well and trust our coworkers to work safley, but their are some bad ones you try to avoid.
It depends on where your office is but we 90% of my local office has between 10-41 years of experience and are willing to share and help.
The people you work with are professional. And most of them are decent to work with.
Alot of us care about our brothers and sisters of the rail industry. I have never met or worked with such awesome and intelligent people. They care not only for you but for there job. Alot of them really want ro do what's right here
Work well together and everyone gets along.
Crews are great. We love the job but hate how we're treated.

Cut worthless meetings and be prepared when there are meetings
They need leadership who can step up and hold people accountable and more compensation
Communication must be better at times
At first I thought they were jerks, now I know its a mixture of no sleep, no family time, and a few jerks
Having managers/CEO's be honest would he a great start. Most people dont appreciate being lied to and stolen from. They violate our agreements daily.

BNSF employees are great but come from backgrounds with mindsets of bending over backwards for the company. I believe leadership specifically tries to hire people from outside BNSF that they deem for one reason or another to be able to pursue alternative employment. They take advantage of this.
