Upper management downright hates the conductors and engineers that move freight for them. No contract in 3 years and the attendance policy makes it impossible to be there for your family without getting fired. Morale is at a low point and we're hemorrhaging workers. Better off trucking or in a trade

Crews are great. We love the job but hate how we're treated.

Stop flipping my sleep cycle around constantly and stop busting our starts.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They treat us as if we have nothing to do outside of work and the lineups are such trash that I rarely know when I am going to work. Hard to live this way and the compensation for living this way is not worth it. We need better lineups and they need to stop busting our starts every chance they get.
