What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is a big issue and has been for well over 3yrs, the whole time I've been there. This box isn't big enough to even start to explain. Worse place I've worked in a long time. And it not the job, I liked my job, its the way its run the supervisors and coordinators. Give me a bigger box.

We are paid way below the market value; embarrassing low.

We are purposely undervalued. We were told in a company wide meeting that Sigma does not desire to be a top payer but instead to stay in the middle.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Through be dead honest, the only thing I looked forward to was seeing my crew. But little by little people are switching to days or straight up quiting. I was one of the people that quit, and I've never walked out of a job like that.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay. Actually invest in our resources. My R&D group actually makes a profit before they are even scaled-uped and make serious bank. But the company refuses to spens any money on us. Our group has been hearing about expansion for 10+ years and nothing, but instead our lab is falling apart.

We are not supervised (carrot) but simply threatened (stick) with losing our jobs if we make a mistake.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
That while place is a train wreck. Everything needs to be organized. And seriously 90%of the management team needs to go. That's another reason my shift and team got so close was we didn't even need any of them we knew what needed to get done. The bosses stepping is everything gets messed up

Workers are not valued at all, lied to, and treated as second class employees. After being bought, they indicating things would change, but giving us false hope while slowly dialing back benefits has left everyone more or less un-engaged and further destroyed morale.

Our company is huge and very diverse in it's holdings so it will succeed but my area will not. ITt will be slowly eliminated to cut wageds as jobs are sent to cheaper labor markets.
