RSU's have been the most lucrative part of my compensation at XPO. This is one of the big reasons I continue to work at XPO. I am obviously vested in the success of the company. I also value the medical benefits offered/provided by the company.

Good health care coverage. 401K match could be 100-200 basis points higher. Monthly ESPP investments vs every six months would take advantage of dollar cost average. Bonus opportunities at a level or two below where they currently reside to engage all salaried personnel.

My manager doesnt see what everyone i do, and the workload that i do. I do as much work as a "lead" but do not get paid lead pay

There should not be any partiality and politic within the team mates, , everyone should be rewarded for their work in terms of financial as well in the team meetings. people do over strech, work on weekends but we don't get the Overtime for that and for weekend working as well.

We have an angry work force due to the micromanagement expected.

They need to receive more direct management. My observation is they sit around and wait for guidance instead of taking the imitative themselves. Senior management seems to tolerate it. Brings down morale for the hard workers in the department.

Start provide the financial benefit to the people who is working from home. Start yearly bonus instead of RNR. RNR winner should not be any team leader, manger it should be the employee who worked hard.

More life in the work life balance. We can't do anything right in the field. No positive reinforcement. Leadership doesn't care how many hours or how many days a week you work. This business model is NOT sustainable. Turnover in salaried ranks is high and not being addressed.

A toxic work environment is created by our General Manager. I feel he is more worried about making himself look good to the executives than to truly care about the operation. He treats people differently based on their age and ranking and sometimes he can be very demeaning.
