Sharing clearer goals for future growth.
Well, the use of pto is taken without permission and points are given unecessarily even though theres a valid reason. Today, I got talked to about half a point i recieved for coming in late even thought i called and i had pto to cover it. Esther Amdor is the person who wants to fire me.

Pay was good that was all

Very under valued. I worked 55 hrs per week 6 days a week including Sundays.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great atmosphere
As a line haul driver work out of a big terminal some guys work together as a team to gather and load our freight some individuals do bare minimum and only look out for themselves
Unity & synergy created in a bonding moment at a stressful place
Great group of professionals who take care of each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fun place to work and good teamwork
The drivers who work together as a team to gather our freight load our trailers and get back to our home terminal so our trailers could be broken and delivered on a timely basis
They abuse you then buy you pizza afterwards
Collaborative, results driven, innovative, good feedback loops, customer caring
Everyone's voices are heard and listened to. Managers collaborate and make changes based on feedback. There's also a great deal of autonomy after the initial training period ends, but not to the point of feeling thrown to the wolves.

You should be trained for a job, not be a student of many and master of nothing. My personal process involved me knowing all about the machinery, process and people but not good enough for the job. So an external got the job, who knew nothing about the role, I had to learn him hmmm

XPO EU is changing strategic plans so many time, and informing about global modification every 6 months. They change their ideas from innovation to financil restriction etc... That's very complicate to be motivated every day
