Review from Operations Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

GXO/XPO boasts equality and fairness, but that is far from the truth if you are not the minority. White males that are more than qualified are treated poorly and overlooked so that the company can hire the minority that are not qualified so they can fill their status quo. Management are working 12

Review from Operations Dept

Interviewers need to be taught professionalism

Review from Operations Dept

Do nothing to improve it's okay.

Review from Operations Dept

No transparency. And recruiters don't respect you're schedule. So many calls before 6 AM.

Review from Business Development Dept

You should be trained for a job, not be a student of many and master of nothing. My personal process involved me knowing all about the machinery, process and people but not good enough for the job. So an external got the job, who knew nothing about the role, I had to learn him hmmm
