Bank of America lacks adequate leadership when it comes to satisfying customers and meeting goals. They ignore customer needs in order to attempt to meet their goal but fail to realize, meeting its goal is only possible with the help of our customers.

The pay is low compared to other banks. Benefits are probably better than most but unless you're about to have a kid not sure it's worth it.

Needs to be more collaboration and fewer attempts to shift blame and responsibility for final decisions. Some teams seem to be clearly more valued than others by management, which can put a strain on intercompany collaboration.
