The interview process takes FOREVER. I actually forgot I had applied. Once you land the interview the questions are really straightforward, may involve some role play scenarios and questions that really allow the interviewer to get to know you. My direct manager interviewed me.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Keep it on goal, experienced people

Try not to oversell and lowball new people

Remove layers of bureaucracy; more transparency.

Clearer expectations and more timely process. Hiring managers take weeks to months to make a decision. Unprofessional and inconsiderate of people trying to move on with their lives and make personal decisions
