They are great in every way
Leadership teams are responsible and responsive.
Concerned with my daily flexibility and happiness.
They leave top performers alone and let them do their job. But at the same time they do not support you when issues arise.
Patient and knowledgeable. He's a good lead.
Review from Operations Dept
Respecting work life balance for top performers
Listening to employees, paying employees a fair salary for the work they do.
Less BS and less CYA and less showboating
Change or better traning their upper managements
Treating employees with respect and not holding them to unrealistic standards.

Cash Bonus and stock awards.
Not so much compensation--but benefits.

Price and took care of me in the past.
Review from Operations Dept
It is guarenteed if I actually perform or dont. Would be nice if it motivated me to work harder but quite easy just to flop around.
Review from Business Development Dept
Benefits and profit sharing are one of the best
Getting the same opportunities as the “inner crow
Not a good package for experience.
Raises above or at least even to inflation. A system for boni could be implemented.

We have common goals and get along in general.
collabrative culture, but not everyone is working as hard
The employees socialize with each other.
Review from Finance Dept
Better culture and better pay
I don't even know where to start? I think it depends on your department but my department (the small business call center) is so negative. The job is very hard, the goals are unreasonable, everybody is micro managed to death. The entire department is a revolving door (people leaving the comp).
Promote talebt development across all levels of the organization. Raise the bar in hiring
More sincere appreciation and less lies
Leadership's lack of regard for employees
The interview process was quick and effective. Interviewers were prepared and had a formal process.

Nothing stands out. Was fifteen years ago
Review from Business Development Dept
Keep it on goal, experienced people
Try not to oversell and lowball new people
Remove layers of bureaucracy; more transparency.
Clearer expectations and more timely process. Hiring managers take weeks to months to make a decision. Unprofessional and inconsiderate of people trying to move on with their lives and make personal decisions
Review from Admin Dept
Put quality Interviewers who can actually interview.

The fact i get to do what i love everyday and share it with my coworkers
I enjoyed my job most when I was working from home. At that time I didn't know the culture at BOA was so awful, now that I am at the office nothing makes me happy
Redeployment job types should be considered on type of work.
Review from Operations Dept
Offer more incentives or perks
Lack of transparency around salary and compensation
All the answers to the previous questions
Review from Engineering Dept
Terrible management. Company says career is in your hands, but a manager ultimately stifles opportunities and hinders growth. Managerial skills are inconsistent amongst senior leadership team.
Review from Admin Dept
Our CEO is a wonderful leader
My colleagues (excluding my boss).
The way they care about their employees and their clients.
Review from Customer Support Dept
The pay is pretty good
The work is exciting and fun
Review from Sales Dept
Consistent executive leadership that aligns with core values
BOA needs policies that allow the customers to feel valued. BOA would rather close accounts all day and open new ones instead of retaining current customers
Compensation structure; HR function; and more targeted communication.
for more raises and better bonuses
More opportunities for advancement.
