They don't care about their employees, yes they offer good benefits but that's about it for positives. Most of people I work around and direct managers are great. upper management not so much.

Getting off of work at end of day

My coworkers. We can all complain together about upper management
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great, hard working and flexible if we have a doc appointment
What did you like most about the interview process?
I can't remember much about it honestly, no big issues that I can remember though other than hr taking their usual long time for things
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is low compared to other banks. Benefits are probably better than most but unless you're about to have a kid not sure it's worth it.
