Making sure the right people are in the correct position that matches their skills. Have better planning for when associates call off sick, go on leave or are on vacation. Have more employees for these times so the financial centers don't suffer & our clients continue to get excellent service.

Sales should not be the main concern. When a customer comes in who has medical documentation of heart surgery and got almost 400 dollars in overdrafts fee and the management refuses to click a button. He died and was revived none of the coworkers cared.
