My manager acknowledges that our workloads and stressors at work have doubled, and he does the best he can to make up for it, only when corporate allows it. He would do more for us if corporate allowed it.

The leadership team is very patient. However, they are working as managers for the wrong reasons, for one thing, the money, they dont care about their employees, they care about your numbers on the charts and they dont have any regards for peoples feelings and/or real life situations.

The scheduling part of running the store. My store is always understaffed and we are always struggling during the shift even though people are able to work. The management just doesn't know how yo schedule people correctly

I constantly do all of my work yet others don't and I have to do the work they left behind resulting me in having to go over my hours scheduled and we don't get breaks or get to eat resulting in me not having the greatest helth

Because corporate prioritizes profit over employees. Maybe ask your staff what hours theyd be willing to work until, rather than forcefully imposing later closing times when were still very short staffed.

I do feel very undervalued. I believe already that I have the capacity to be management material. At this point I feel like im not getting what I should be getting. I could run the whole restaurant by myself if I had to. I just think everyone is underestimating how successful I can help make BWs.

Extremely slow service always under staffed and over worked no PTO or sick days NO Health Insurance or parental leave No room for a raise. My manager said im not getting a raise cause of plastic lids falling on the floor when the box was already damaged up lifting it and stocking it. Unfair pay/hour
