not sure we don't have a GM and our DM is very busy with other stores besides ours

the local leadership is good at talk to staff

Get on the team members when they are not following rules or ACTUALLY ENFORCE THE RULES

Managing their team. Lots of team members dont work and are stuck on their phones. Expect everybody else to pick up their work

Finding people who can keep up with the speed of a Sports Bar

Properly scheduling for the busy shifts and properly training staff. Less time in the office chatting more time actually managing

I have 17yrs experience getting paid the same as someone with none

Getting paid more an hour

I do way to much work for so little return. I lead the kitchen as a kitchen manager for a cooks pay.

Added tip to each bill and less money taken out for tip out

After everything i have to do to keep this restaurant afloat i cant even come in woth my family to eat and get a discount on my food. Even if i worked the same day. We are now only allowed to get discounted food WHILE we're working and it only takes off 7.50

they all work hard to give a good time to ges.

Almost every person comes into work and gives their all, there are a couple of employees that could work harder, but they make up for it with their personality, I enjoy working with almost every single person I work with.

Friendships, sometimes help fyring busy hours

My coworkers are really cool people. That was probably the only reason why i ever looked forward to coming into work.

My GM is the most positive.

when no one calls off for their shift and everyone is working hard to make the guest experience the best it can be

The fact that we can socialize with the customers sometimes. We get good feedback for our meals not only from customers but workers alike. The cooks and servers are all one within the job and I would call it a family

that i don't see my manager frequently

Most days I can go into work and know that I'm going to have a good day, The only time that I work in a negative work environment is when one specific manager is working that shift and she makes everybody have a bad day, She is mean, disrespectfu, and she screams at people for no reason.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management respecting the team, and not letting power get to them and think its okay to disrepect whoever is working under them.

The district manager or CEO and team needs to have a meeting to ensure the value of its employees and the safety of its employees. Company expectations, rules and regulations need to be understood and practiced appropriately and effectively.

Actual training, and not have Vivian from blossom hill do it

They handed me a packet that was clearly a script meant for the interviewer and told me to fillit out. It was confusing to say the least and instead of reading the answers i took the time to write the GM just asked me the same questions. He was also wide eyed the whole time it was really unnerving

the Gm pretty much told me he allowed the girls thats been there for a long time to be mean because thats just how they are

look deeper into the people they are hiring. often hire people with drug problems that will come to work high off several drugs

When I'm not being brought into the managers office being told I have a problem with someone when I infact don't even know what they are talking about.

Whenever everybody has a good day, And everything runs smoothly.

Food gets out cold, sometimes food has gotten water on it from leaks in the ceiling.

Customers point of view. Food is bad and prices are crazy. True bad part is its corporate structure.

The general manager needs to take control of situations and not sit in his office ignoring the problem.

Fire some of the managment fire some employees get rid of the people who dont care about really anything and thing they are better than anyone else.
