the feeling of being respected and valued to be part of team

Honestly the fact that it took less than five minutes because they didn't seem to push too much of anything

you need to be kind and have a goods recorded to work here

The person that interviewed me was kind.

I was interviewed 7 years not the same manaent

It's not a intense situation

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Actual training, and not have Vivian from blossom hill do it

Actual Manager's for the company

They handed me a packet that was clearly a script meant for the interviewer and told me to fillit out. It was confusing to say the least and instead of reading the answers i took the time to write the GM just asked me the same questions. He was also wide eyed the whole time it was really unnerving

the Gm pretty much told me he allowed the girls thats been there for a long time to be mean because thats just how they are

look deeper into the people they are hiring. often hire people with drug problems that will come to work high off several drugs

Get better qualified managers. Stop letting random employees move to management

Maybe hire managers that are professional.

training in the one spot your in and managers being more helpful

They just never know about them. They're always at busy times too. Don't change this..we find it pretty funny to see a interviewee wondering "wtf?"

Review from Customer Support Dept

Tell people. It's always at a busy time and the manager on duty didn't know about it. Actually don't change this. It's quite funny to us

Know they're coming. Every interview that shows up is a surprise to the MOD and at busy times

Rhey need to actually have a system in place on how to interview because they dont even ask any wuestions and it leads them to hire lazy workers

Actually hire people with experience not just hire bodies waste of time training if the employee doesnt come back

Actually tell new workers how the environment is.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Ensure the team members scheduled to interview you, show up for the interview.

Be more vetting of people and not jump on the idea of hiring more employees. Its anout quality not quantity.

Review from Sales Dept

I had to come back several times because the managers did not communicate and did not know what I applied for or that I was even coming in. Should have been my first red flag.

It was an easy interview asked the normal questions and when i was available. It was more like i told them my schedule and i was hired

Review from Customer Success Dept

Do background checks and make sure that people are who they say they are

stop hiring inexperienced managers they are running the business to the ground
