They tried to keep Rob from being mean to me they were great

not sure we don't have a GM and our DM is very busy with other stores besides ours

They need to all fo tgeir jobs only our night crew does their jods

Managing their team. Lots of team members dont work and are stuck on their phones. Expect everybody else to pick up their work

Finding people who can keep up with the speed of a Sports Bar

Properly scheduling for the busy shifts and properly training staff. Less time in the office chatting more time actually managing

Everything because nothing is being acknowledged or appreciated

Anti bullying , team work

Understanding others more effectively. Stop relying on people being too poor or ignorant to fight Labour Law violations.

The general manager needs to not leave early everyday. He needs to take his job seriously.

Helping out, treating everyone the same,being respectful,putting more cooks and servers on when busy or needed, helping getting the store ready, takeing responsability
