I want to be working at a different Smith’s Food And Drug store and get paid a better rate because I don't wanna hired a lawy

if they treated me and my coworkers as people instead of robots. if managers didnt talk nice to the customer then pull us in the back to yell at us. if i was allowed to go to the bathroom when i need to.

Covid is spiking again and the workers here could care less if anyone is wearing a mask or maintain regulations. They also keep giving me unsteady hours from 30 a week to like 10, and I currently am a college student taking care of 3 younger children and I need to know my hours are secure.

Hire more as we are extremely short-staffed. Involve the department managers in the hiring process as they know what they actually need. Update the Job description, you are using very old description. Train the managers to lead the team as a whole NOT just the individuals.
