Unprofessional, biased, doesn't follow CA break rules or minors working rules, unfair with hours because pf favortism and overall unpleasant to work for. No PTO sick days or health insurance. Everyone uses you and servers yell at co workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Free meal per shift and some of the coworkers are pleasant
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Follow actual rules and regulations for the job and allow employees their actuals hours for each shift and PTO sick days because COVID is never going away
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone needs to do their own job indepedently or pay the other employees fair tip compisation for doing everyones cleaning and side tasks. Its unfair and the managers do that a lot.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Extremely slow service always under staffed and over worked no PTO or sick days NO Health Insurance or parental leave No room for a raise. My manager said im not getting a raise cause of plastic lids falling on the floor when the box was already damaged up lifting it and stocking it. Unfair pay/hour
