What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are consistent in what they are looking for in us employees. Our leadership team is down to earth and treats us like we are equal to them. The team does not change too often, so we are always familiar with who we are dealing with rather than having to acclimate to a new person every so often.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is great, I enjoy working with all of my co-workers and we have become like a family. I even like the management, except for the general manager. He creates a toxic work environment in which everyone is on edge and unable to execute their jobs to the best of their ability.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers should be held more accountable. The company should have realistic standards when constantly making new changes. Customers are constantly upset when things are changing every month. Management should respect workers. When things are brought up to the district manager it is ignored.
