Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told it would be full-time and that I would have benefits and found out that they don't hire full-time there and there are no benefits for part-time. They don't listen to anything you say they constantly talk down to you and the customers they're not there to help anybody but themselves.

Most of the coworkers were pretty decent to work with, but there were a good handful that were just like the management that were rude, disrespectful and thought that the job was about them and nobody else and you do what they tell you you don't question it then others think that they get breaks eve

What needs to change is leadership. If we as employees felt we were heard/ respected our company culture/ atmosphere would be much better.

Leasership is what is wrong. I believe new leadership is necessary to improve our environment. I do not think leadership should be fired, but possibly relocated.

Certain managers at my location prefer certain employees and promote them because of their relationship and not because of the job they produce. The manager will treat the other employees badly and put his partner on a pedestal. He will compare the other employees to her and make them do the her job

The work I do is menial, the conversations are clearly insincere, and these create a mind numbing experience when I work. Also when I go it is slow with little activity aside from the occasional spark of life.

Let me just say this anytime a manager let's a girl call other girls to her place of employment to jump on her co worker and the manager just scolds the girl for leaving to avoid the situation and let's the other party keep their job it's a PROBLEM FOR ME!!! This is called a hostile work environment
