The company is great however the problem lies with my manager

As far as the retail side I would say interacting with the customers is the most positive

That everything was very clear and if you needed elaboration then they had no problem doing so
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Again not spreading rumors about the other coworker and actually working together as a team instead of choosing favorites
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to get better at not spreading rumors about the other workers, sharing personal information about the other workers without the workers consent.
