Great personalities to help build moral
They always keep a smile even when under pressure
Teamwork, friendships, sharing of respnsibities, work ethic
They work really hard but they throw very little concerned for their employees it's all about making their money and their quotas
All of the people under my GM are great
They all have one thing in common they really want you to succeed at your job.
I like the ones I've met they seem to get more done on our behalf and with new members they always ask questions about what we want need or our request they listen
They keep everything organized for us.

Soild as a rock well put together
Fix the tile uberder the grill it the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life I have so many pictures. You need to hire a person on the out side if the store team that randomly pops up and actually will look under grills and behind fryers after what I have seen here I never eat here
Communication in the whole place
Listening to employees, and treating them like actual humans
Fair responsabilites across all stores.
Communication and respect to all emloyeea, not just some
I think they need to work with the employees better than they do. I think they're problem is they're worried about the front of the house the customer and the food which is important, but I also think that your people that work for you are just as important to.
Communication with all of the management team
leadership and teamwork as a whole
There's a lot so where do I begin
Communication, setting a good example, listening to employees and acknowledging good work
The management at cracker barrel is great at their job but theyre not the best at explaining to employees what they need to work on without being condescending. They just throw you in the wilderness and expect you to lnow how to fend for yourself and teach you after you inevitably make mistakes.
Staff and management I think.
We need a NEW leader. A team who listens to all employees and takes action.
Review from Sales Dept
Scheduling because they don't look at our availability and when you schedule of a day you don't get that day back
Work as a team and be more proffesionals.
Doing their job instead of relaxing in the break room
Be honest. Have work integrity, and do the due diligence in the due process of the handbook as it says.
Preparing new hires for the reality, at least one thirty minute break and adequate staffing for employee retention
Yes communication is the number one issue. To many different rules between associates. Mixed narrative between expectation from corperation and day to day workings of the store.
Working together and being honest. They spend way to much time trying to cover their mistakes and pointing fingers. Maybe if the Skill Trainers actually got a pay increase for training new hires things would change.
