What did you like most about the interview process?

It was quick and simple, they made me feel very welcomed.

Was less experience based, and more based on how you would act and behave in situations as a server

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

i had to call the store and ask about every process. put in multiple applications, they "lost" them, and i gave them plenty of time

More timely interviews I often watched people sit for hours because managment either ignored them or forgot about them.

Not waiting 1hr to be interviewed

Job references being checked more thoroughly

Would be better if I just had somebody to talk to

Talking to people about information

They make the people being interviewed sit and wait on the manager for at least 30 min. They need to be ready to interview at the time they scheduled

Hire people who aren't lazy or incompetent

It clearly is not standardized in any way - mine was very short.

Be more informative explaining everything in detail about what the employees responsibly is and what is expected of them.
