If our mangers were on the same page as a team instead of looking out for themselves, we would be more inclined to look out for them. Leadership reflects attitude. You can't expect people to buy what you're " selling" if you won't practice what you preach. We are not stupid. It starts at the top.

First there needs to be training for retail employees. There has been no leadership or training for two years.
