What are some of the best things about your team?

Nice and polite people. Watching them try hard to meet managements expectations

The comraderie is great and well intentioned

Almost everyone in my team is kind and hardworking

We dont have meetings, but are patted down like criminals prior to leaving after work

We motivate each other and there's not any drama we work as a team

My co workers and shift leads.. and one manager. We all try. But not everyone does. Gm does nothing while we suffer bc of labor

I had a couple of waitress that would try and help me when it was only me back there and we got slammed.

The management is behind the miscommunication with my coworkers.

Be nicer to new people

Most of the coworkers were pretty decent to work with, but there were a good handful that were just like the management that were rude, disrespectful and thought that the job was about them and nobody else and you do what they tell you you don't question it then others think that they get breaks eve

I should not be the one to tell you what the coworkers need to approve or to be better. That is the managements/ shift lead & trainers are for . But I think would be irrelevant.

Spanish people who don't speak English how can I associate or communicate when they don't know English

If our mangers were on the same page as a team instead of looking out for themselves, we would be more inclined to look out for them. Leadership reflects attitude. You can't expect people to buy what you're " selling" if you won't practice what you preach. We are not stupid. It starts at the top.

First there needs to be training for retail employees. There has been no leadership or training for two years.

too much stress and people tend to lash out at each other

It's not the coworkers fault. Why be good at a job that underpass and underapriciates you? What's the point? Just get through the day get you check and go home.

Actually have meetings. We don't. There aren't clear expectations

Hire better leadership. Stop promoting people who aren't the Brand

Not hire cocky people with little experience who have not been there long and put them in leadership positions.

The lack of consistency in management means that the experience is very dependent upon management upholding standards in order for staff to work collaboratively.
