What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They tell you not to come in if you are sick, because you can pass it on to guests, but if you call off due to illness, you get in trouble. They understaff and then you don't get good tips because you can't give the quality of service the guests expect.

They need to understand that we actually have to talk to the guest and realize we know what they get upset with instead of telling us we are wrong. Also the favoritism runs very strong. And night crew gets the worst end.

Our insurance is terrible. It use to be the best out there. But now, it covers almost nothing. I'd be happy to pay more for better coverage. I have because I had to.

If our mangers were on the same page as a team instead of looking out for themselves, we would be more inclined to look out for them. Leadership reflects attitude. You can't expect people to buy what you're " selling" if you won't practice what you preach. We are not stupid. It starts at the top.
