The executives need to keep in mind that there are people on the front lines who rely on this job for a living, along with customers that rely on us to do our job the best way we can. Making cuts on the store level prevents us from doing that.

I like that part time employees can accrue partial paid time off as long as you work an average of 20 hours a week. It was that way then it was taken away....but may have been reimplemented.

Less pay then the competition. Removing, adverting or slow to implement pay raises. More employees needed for the work done. Less management/leadership work work more onto the non management. Hours of operation stretch thin the limited non sick and available staff.

Balanced responsibilities and team work. IE every one takes turns Tagging (a beasom job) and Cleaning Bathrooms, Taking Trash out an Dust Moping. Love when you are a cashier not allowed to go to the back of the store and a person who can perceives that and helps put back of house go backs up.
