Walgreens Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

That he was very direct and clear

case situations, experiences, knowledge, and skills

The store manager was professional and diplomatic.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It went fast and they didnt really ask hard questions

Friendly, positive, prompt and constructive

Review from Sales Dept

The thoroughness of the expectations.

They were very understanding and helpful

Our store supervisor is nice.

Review from Sales Dept

Being able to see how i could contribute to the growth of the company. However, that is not the current truth.

Those conducting the interview were able to relate to and engage with the response given after the question was asked.

Review from Sales Dept

Communication with store manager was quite easy

Short and concise. Hurried, but grateful.

That it was fast and easy

It was a positive experience. The operations manager was nice and relatable at the time of my interview

It's been 17 years. Can't recall details.

The way the team introduced themselves and welcomed me before my training courses even started.

Nothing inter M view a waste of time. If they can walk and breath they are hired.

straight to the point and questions I had were answered for me

My interview was great and when offered the position I was so excited to start. My interviewer was really nice and made me feel welcomed to be part of a team. Unfortunately the day I started (a couple weeks later) he was transferred to another Walgreens.

Expressing my points of interest within the company

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Its a snow job. They are desparate.

That the company has not changed and is why they have people quit

need to ask about realistic activities question. we need to perform basic coustomer 's need then we can jump on patients care issues

Simlify the questions. Train upper management to prove more so candidates feel more comfortable in the interview.

Interview employees better, dont hire them just because they are minorities

I would ask more questions like "are you going to be reliable?" " will you show up and actually work?". People are just doing the bare minimum to earn a paycheck

Hard to find good candidates.

Simplify it, way to complex

The manager lied about me and said I was a no call no show after I had put in a two weeks notice... yet hired me back immediately.....

Perhaps if our store manager would reply to calls relating to employment, that would help

Review from Sales Dept

None! Who would take this job at this pay!

Review from Customer Success Dept

Honestly if things were a little bit more smoothly on my on boarding because I’m still here in my on boarding hasn’t completely happ

I would say the interview was fair

Telling the truth to whoever wants to join our team so they know what there getting into instead of being blindsided later on by staff!!

Review from Customer Support Dept

Ask more personal questions rather than behavioral questions. Get to know the candidate rather than asking them repetitive questions.

More realistic outlook of job expectations and the acknowledgment that budget changes will be made monthly.

Review from Operations Dept

Make it less awkward and not be talked over

Review from Sales Dept

go back to treating people like individuals and not metric numbers with ridiculous questions

Review from Product Dept

I interviewed over ten years ago, the interview process has completely changed

Review from Customer Support Dept

The management needs to be honest on what they are looking for and hours needed.
