If we see someone stealing, we shouldnt have to just turn the other cheek and pretend it didnt happen just because they were out of our sight a moment.

  • Listen to employees more, focus less on "service related numbers" such as how fast an ex is done or how fast a phone is answered . Allow pharmacist to focus on patient care, accuracy and safety instead of applying pressure on speed.

  • Eliminate some of the ineffective upper levels of management.

  • Not very. Still doing way too much by hand that is time consuming and then being expected to get done all the new practices they put in place

  • Among the best in the industry. They do a great job listening to their customers, and maintaining a competitive edge with technology and services. Walgreens and Boots Alliance have been innovators for over a century.

  • Managers are not on the same page when it comes to handling policies. One manager will say something then another will say something different. Being at the front, i get yelled at for that inconsistency. Some become condonsending with their approach.

  • As with all places, leadership can always be improved. Especially in communication.

  • Like anywhere else. Leaders are only as good as the policies they have to follow.

Asked to all employees at Walgreens

  • Terrible. Your hours and days change constantly. It’s like you have to spend all your free time figuring out and making plans for what you want to do so you can turn in requests and then youre not guaranteed to get the days off. This is my most hated part of working at Walgreens

  • No weekends free, no rotation fo pharmacists to get 2 days off consequently at least once a month

  • Non existent. If you are salary, you are expected to answer calls, texts, emails on time off.. including vacations.
