  • Walgreens does not like staff to switch districts. You have to threaten to leave to be transferred. And you may have to actually leave before anyone listens. There is a disconnect between staff and management

  • They are quick to remove anyone not meeting often unrealistic goals. So opportunity is always available. They do not look at improvement only a numerical goal. You meet it or you suffer the consequences. There is often 3-4 people in line to replace you..
