Being leaders and taking charge. Being able to stand up and take care of employees and guide us.

Training managers to be leaders, not dictators.

People skills. There is more to running a store than just getting the truck done. Customers are complaining and manager does not care. Employees of 15 + years are quitting because of the toxicity of our store. Manager has become unapproachable.
