They are just as dedicated as I am to give the ultimate customer experience; however, because of the mandatory reduction of hours for staff, it is impossible to deliver quality service to our customers.

I would never lnow im never been invited to any meeting there. I think they are just for the leads and Managers. But I heard from a, lot of white co workers they was present on some of the meetings

There is a particular co worker i very much dislike working with. He is consistently lazy and combative.

Less cliques, less gossip, more maturity. There is no room within a team for arrogance. Shift lead is best friends with a csa who is also dating a csa. All of them are lead by another SL who is a bully, but allowed by the manager to call the shots.

Coworkers need to understand that all work is equal. Don't get upset because you have to help out in different areas in the pharmacy. Just like how you don't want the burden of doing every task neither do your team mates.
