Walgreens Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are usually very close and we collaborate quickly with new people

Our team works well together.

Despite less than 15 hours of work they often schedule you only a few hours a day with no two days off in a row.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Honestly the customers some of my coworkers

The teamwork and comradery we share to deliver our manager's expectations. We truly value our customers and love to assist them; however, due to mandatory hour reduction it makes it nearly impossible to help everyone who needs help when they need it.

With customer , everything will be alright when u see the customer

Working eniroment is well rounded

We try to help one another to keep things going and to keep our store open.

How well our team works together

Our store manager brings a lot of positive energy to us each day and that creates an environment of positive feelings and outlook. We work harder and happier because of that.

The interaction between the groups created by coworkers.

Review from Sales Dept

Great representation of diverse ages

For the most part, everyone gets along.

Nothing positive at all in this store

Review from Admin Dept

Its a job. Steady always work

The company ensures they deliver to the public

We Always assume positive Intent.

The msit positive is that we all have the same mindest on some subjects

The team is THE team. We make it fun to be there. Funny jokes and conversations galore.

Review from Customer Support Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More staffing and better training.

Review from Sales Dept

New leadership and direction is needed

Stop treating employees like they are the least important part of the business

hope and belief in the future

Review from Operations Dept

Work appreciation would help get rid of hatred for the company

Review from Admin Dept

Removing the silo, allowing people to actually do their do....

A mutal understanding and respect

Mandatory meetings. More involvement with our district. More qualified associates

Maybe not be so openly judgmental about customers or coworkers? Its an extremely toxic workplace.

Transparency and more creativity plus innovation

They need to check in on their employees to see what managers are abusing their power.

When you don't treat all fairly and cater to some-it causes animosity. Granted, nothing is 100% fair, but should not be blatantly skewed. Also we need to be informed-everything is such a secret. That causes rumors and worry.

Head management in corporate and get rid of the bull on these motivation projects ask the employess.

Review from Sales Dept

People need to start be more positive Every day I've a list of things I need to work on and to improve on and everyone else should do the same also which is their decision though

Acknowledging employees that are productive and reliable

A few of the bullies go to a different location

Better HR, better reviews on disipline and polocies

Review from IT Dept

The pharmacy should recognize the hardwork

COMMUNICATE WITH EVERY employee NOT JUST THE ONES YOU PREFER
