I love Amazon! It is by far the best place I've ever worked. All the people that complain about Amazon need to go work Hotel/Restaurant for 1 week, then tell me how much they feel under appreciated! The best thing about the teams is their accessibility. You can ALWAYS find mgmt close by, working along side Amazon associates. Any problem, question, etc can be addressed right there, right then. No matter what shifts I work, different mgmt teams but same attitude..helpful, concerned, supportive!

Even if you are not easily intimidated the day-to-day can be made unbearable by co-workers and management collaborating efforts to stifle any whistle blowers.
