I love Amazon! It is by far the best place I've ever worked. All the people that complain about Amazon need to go work Hotel/Restaurant for 1 week, then tell me how much they feel under appreciated! There are limitless opportunities, they pay for schooling, even if your dreams are to work elsewhere.

The best thing about the teams is their accessibility. You can ALWAYS find mgmt close by, working along side Amazon associates. Any problem, question, etc can be addressed right there, right then. No matter what shifts I work, different mgmt teams but same attitude..helpful, concerned, supportive!

Not emotionally abusing their employees. Retaliation does happen when anything is reported. Even if you are not easily intimidated the day-to-day can be made unbearable by co-workers and management collaborating efforts to stifle any whistle blowers. If theyonly they spent that effort on their work.
