Mr. Jeffrey M. Blackburn has served as Senior Vice President, Business Development and Entertainment of Amazon.com, Inc. (the ???Company???) since April 2006. From June 2004 to April 2006, he was Vice President, Business Development of the Company from July 2003 to June 2004, he was Vice President, European Customer Service of the Company and from November 2002 to July 2003, he was Vice President, Operations Integration of the Company. Prior to joining the Company in 1998, Mr. Blackburn was Assistant Vice President at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. He holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Diego Piacentini has been Senior Vice President of International Consumer Business at Amazon.com Inc. since February 2012. Mr. Piacentini has been on leave of absence starting from August 1, 2016. From January 2007 to February 2012, he served as Senior Vice President, International Retail, from November 2001 to December 2006, he served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Retail and Marketing and from February 2000 to November 2001, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, International. Prior to Amazon.com, he served as Vice President and General Manager, Europe at Apple Computer, Inc., with responsibility for Apple Computer's operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He joined Apple Computer in 1987. He held several financial management positions both in Apple Italy and at a European level until 1993. He served as Sales Director for Apple Italy since 1994 and General Manager for Apple Italy since May 1995. Before joining Apple Computer, he held a financial management position at Fiatimpresit in Italy. He has traveled and worked across Europe, Asia and North America. Mr. Piacentini holds a degree in economics from Bocconi University of Milan.

Mr. Andrew R. Jassy, also known as Andy, has been Chief Executive Officer of Amazon Web Services at Amazon.com, Inc. since April 13, 2016. Mr. Jassy leads the Amazon Web Services business (AWS) and the Technology Infrastructure organization for Amazon.com. He served as Senior Vice President of Amazon Web Services at Amazon.com Inc. since April 2006 until April 13, 2016. He served as Vice President of Web Services at Amazon.com Inc. from January 2005 to April 2006. Mr. Jassy served as Vice President of Associates and Web Services of Amazon.com Inc. from September 2003 to January 2005 and served as its Vice President and Technical Assistant from November 2002 to September 2003. Prior to Amazon.com, he founded a marketing consulting company in 1997 and served as its Manager. He served as a Director of Coupa Software Inc. Mr. Jassy earned his bachelor's degree from Harvard University and his Master's of business administration from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Douglas Gurr, also known as Doug, serves as UK Country Manager at Amazon.co Inc. Mr. Gurr served as President of China Amazon.com Inc. from September 1, 2014 to July 2016. Mr. Gurr served as Global Vice President - UK at Amazon.com Inc. from 2011 to September 1, 2014, where Mr. Gurr is in charge of outdoor furnishing products. He founded Blueheath Holdings Plc and served as its Chief Executive Officer from June 4, 2004 to August 31, 2006. Mr. Gurr served as a Partner and Head of the UK Retail Practice of McKinsey & Company from 2000 to 2001. He served as Director of Executive Development at ASDA Group Limited until January 2011. Mr. Gurr served at a number of grocery retailers on supply chain and procurement from 1995 to 2001. Prior to McKinsey & Company, he was a Principal at the UK Department of Transport. Mr. Bob Berney has been the Head of Movie Distribution & Marketing for Thewrap.Com at Amazon Studios since June 01, 2015. Mr. Berney oversees distribution and marketing for all Amazon Original Movies. He has been the President of Theatrical Distribution at FilmDistrict Holdings, LLC since September 2012. Mr. Berney serves as the President of Theatrical Distribution at GK Films, LLC. Mr. Berney previously served as Chief Executive Officer of indie film marketing and distribution company Picturehouse. Mr. Louis J. Castle, II, also known as Lou, has been the Head of Seattle Game-Production Studio at Amazon.com, Inc. since March 2017. Mr. Castle serves as a Treasurer of The Meadows School. He served as a Senior Advisor of Transfluent Oy (Transfluent Ltd). He co-founded BLT Acquisition Group, LLC. He is a passionate philanthropist in his hometown of Las Vegas. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of GarageGames, LLC. He served as the Chief Strategy Officer of SHFL entertainment, Inc. since October 3, 2011. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of InstantAction, Inc. since July 2009. He is a 26-year game industry veteran. He co-founded and served as Vice President of Westwood Studios for 18 years.
