Amazon only gives raises for the first 3 years of employment and then you are capped at whatever rate you are at. It will only go up if they raise the cap at the current site you work at. For the last few years my site has only given raises to new hires with out raising the cap so I have brand new associates making almost the same rate as myself a 6 year associate(gave not left because time off is actually worth it) Also they no longer give warehouse workers stock or bonuses.

You don't receive a 6 month raise!! It's 1 year 2 years and 3 years. Unless the whole company gets a raise and I've received 2 raises plus my 1 year and on October 19th I will receive my 2 year raise!!

They typically got about 50 cents raise per year, plus one share of company stock with a 2 year vesting schedule. But in 2020, they raised everyone to $15/hr and then did not give their usual 25 cent X2 year bonuses.

Seems to be every 3 months so far- I am 6 months in and have received two. I am sure that will stop once they feel pay is too good.

Every six months at my location you get a 40 cent pay increase until year 2. Then after 3 year you get a final 80 cent pay increase.

I was told that you have to have at least 5 punches in your badge (aka areas where you have been trained) to get pay raises

For corporate employees, almost never (you can go years without any raise to meet inflation) and if so it’s only 2-3%.

It’s a raise every 6 months until you cap out at 3 years. The amounts differ depending on location.

Amazon does not give raises. You must be there 2 years to get a .25 raise.
