Probably a good idea . Employees at warehouses in particular blacks get disproportionately stock at low level jobs and most higher levels are not black and blacks have no mentors. A union would advocate for fairness and equality on behalf of all workers at Amazon. Right now HR supports mgmt. E mployees have no voice, no input, ideas are ignored.

I am pro-union. This does not mean I would form a union at Amazon because they shut those down very fast and you lose Your job. If it were to turn union I would be all for it!

Absolutely, more structure from it. Management can not do what they want. It limits their ability to runover other grown people.

Should have them. I hate dealing with my managers. Especially if there is favoritism involved.
