Look into the % of negative or below a 8 when the surveys come around send out a new one that way no one is on the spit because the LOA issues and lack of support in certain places are seriously growing

I get to choose how much money I can make outside of my regulatory pay. With incentive pay, voluntary overtime options, and commission, money is no longer an issue. They pay fully for my education, and reward performance. You can't get it any better than that.
