The recruiter was amazing and really knew the company and role

The questions asked and the detailed experience you have to respond

I liked the interviewer and turnaround.

Open communication to what is expected but overall the company doesnt provide a labor book for employees. PTO doesnt exist with wireless vision.

Review from Sales Dept

Several rounds to promote fairness

The ability to speak freely and provide my own resolutions and feedback is a crucial part of it.

Very nice people, questions were job related, no sneaking weird stuff

Upon hire i was interviewed by one of the best mgrs in Tmobile.

Organized and clear with plenty of headtime

Most of the interview process is done online and the in-person aspect was welcoming and diverse.

interview process is pretty straightforward

I was interviewed by a Regional manager as well as the local team.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

TMobile is about people. Make the experience about indiciduals instead of looking for canned responses to stock questions. Its diverse personalities and unique perspectives that make Tmobile what it is.

Provide a more professional interviewing process with, relevant questions.

Multiple rounds of interviews, redundant questions.

It all about who you know

The hiring process is biased and unfair

I was interviewed as part of the merger transition. I was just assigned a new title without input.

Turn around time could be better. I'd also promote from within

Stop the interview process and allow employees to bid on internal jobs using clock numbers, date of hire. That is the only fair method; now there is too much favoritism. Some jobs are filled before there are interviews currently.

Review from Executive Dept

streamline the interview panels; speed up the entire process

Review from IT Dept

the DM took really long to get back to me

Review from Sales Dept

They should actually contact you when you get the web interview.
