T-Mobile Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

the communication we have with each other

I work with them very well

The actual staff in the store are good, sometimes have bad days but that's normal for anyjob management is a reoccurring problem but that's more of a trading of management problem

The best part about my team is their willingness to help each other.

Review from Sales Dept

The willingness to help when in need and always putting the companies goals ahead of ones own agenda.

Very informative and willing to work with one another for the betterment of the customer

Everyone works hard. My peers are extremely smart and my team works with passion and purpose

The teamwork and helping each other

We are mostly high performers who work to be the best we can and help each other, despite the poor communication and performance of our direct leaders.

Adaptability, courteous, thoughtful group of folks that have worked with each other for some time.

We all suffer together but work hard

They are the best. They're willing to help you in any way

Amazing to work with. Always have a good time

The people I work with have positive attitudes and everyone is always willing to jump in and help each other.

key leader have no real information to share and are unable to answer questions. They always shift the question to someone else or claim they will get back to you but never do.

Collaborative and engaging, kind and fair

We were like family and all helped each other

Team is excited and diligent.

Work together even if they are not leaders they are willing to help you excel

A couple of interesting projects and visibility across the company

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better sales people, better training

Review from Sales Dept

Coworkers are fine i wouldnt sugges improvements for people doing their jobs correctly

Get rid of managers that don't know how to manage

Professionalism and understanding social dynamics.

Taking advantage of their position. district managers are not checking up on managers. My co worker takes 1 hour breaks or up to 2 hours and alwyas calling off. Ive been micro managing for the manager. I dont respect her anymore. They need to hire someone that actually wants to work. Positivity.

Review from Sales Dept

since layoffs it's cut throat environment

Talk to me instead of ignoring me

Wasted time on unnecessary meetings

Review from Engineering Dept

It's important to ensure that all coworkers are held accountable for their actions and that favoritism is eliminated. Workers must adopt a team mindset and improve their communication to create a cohesive work environment. However, a common problem is incompetence, which can cause various issues.

Coworkers are fine, could communicate better.

Legacy magenta employees are given all the clout to make decisions. Legacy Sprint folks are often overlooked for promotions etc.

My leadership team lacks communication skills amongst themselves. Everyone always has to be right. We also have some managers that routinely cross lines with MEs

Company needs to stop creating such a toxic culture

Nor being afraid of losing uour job all the time

Let's meet to discuss why your not getting your work done by having a meeting for an hour once a week.

Have an agenda and prep going to the meetings - invite those that are critical and will add value.

Review from Product Dept

Tmobiles culture is very toxic

Return to respectful approach. Take pride in your work and stop acting like it's a government office

Think critically, voice solutions and take pride in your work

Reform the silo'd culture that only works to protect individual team's interests.
