Be transparent with your employees. Management exercises consistent behaviour with using “unclear words” regarding the way they make decision in Apple retail. In my role I was told “you will going through more training”. All because I received one detractor even though I held an nps score of 98/100

As a Senior Technical Specialist, I make just barely above what a regular tech support advisor makes. I have two jobs just to make ends meet. Apple should pay their employees enough to have a reason to stay, NOT just enough to keep them from quitting.

Apple likes to do PINO (Promotion in Name Only). You would get a new position and it was more difficult, but there wouldn't be a pay increase. Sometimes they bait you into accepting a position in a new role by saying there would be a pay increase, but then they wouldn't give it to you.

People who are base level Tech Support can dump their customers on Senior Technical Support just because they don't want to do their job that day, or because the customer is angry. Senior Technical advisors should be there for advanced tech support. NOT to dump customers onto.

I have to do 250% MORE work for barely any more than I was making before they put me in the Senior tech position. It can be improved by having EVERYONE do their job, and paying fair wages to the employees. $0.91 is NOT enough of an increase for 250% more work
