He serves as the SystemVerilog Hardware Design and Verification Language standard (HDVL) or IEEE P1800 committee chair. He served for two years as a technical subcommittee chair in Accellera. Mr. Srouji earned both a bachelor's and master's degree in Computer Science from Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology.

He served as Senior Vice President of Software Development & Delivery at PRT from 1995 to 1999. He was a Lieutenant of U.S. Army from 1992 to 1995. He has been Director of Challenge Success since October 2014. He served as Director of Starlight Children's Foundation NW from 2007 to 2008. Mr. Rielly holds Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1988 to 1992.
